Trauma-informed yoga is a supportive practice integrated into one-on-one sessions. It recognizes the impact of trauma on individuals and creates a safe space where they can explore their physical and emotional experiences. By incorporating mindful movement, breath work, and relaxation techniques, this approach helps clients reconnect with their bodies, fostering healing and resilience. It complements traditional therapy, offering a holistic pathway to recovery and empowerment.

Small trauma-informed groups offer a supportive environment where individuals can find healing and connection. These gatherings prioritize safety and understanding, allowing participants to share their experiences and emotions at their own pace.
